He truly represents the spirit of Team Satyamev in his matchless wisdom, energy and dedication to achieve the impossible in real estate industry. He possesses a great passion to raise to the benchmark for client service, customer satisfaction, ethics, values,, process driven approach, integrity and transparency.

    Prior to Satyamev Developcon Pvt. Ltd, he has worked with all premium organization such as Indian Air Force, Wave group, Cosmic group and KHP Pvt. Ltd.

  • Swati Singh, Head-CRM

    She possesses 05 years of experience of handling customer services and sales. Swati holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Allahabad University and Master of Business Administration from Amity University. She has earlier worked with premium organization Net Ambit Infosource and E-services Pvt Ltd.

    Swati heads the CRM team at Satyamev Developcon Pvt. Ltd.

  • Mukesh Kumar, Team Leader – Direct sales

    He is postgraduate from Nalanda University with more than 10 years of diverse experience in Tele- communication, FMCG and Real estate sector. He is known for handling institutional sales and introducing the concept of primary sales. Now at Creastate, he operates at the level of Head-Direct sales, acting as the key contributor in primary sales.

    Prior to Satyamev Developcon Pvt. Ltd he has worked with all reputed organization such as Idea, Airtel and Subhiksha.

    He has completed his MBA in Marketing having 8 years experience in Real Estate. Dynamic, energetic, and highly experienced in commercial property management with solid history of success, including oversight of multimillion-dollar properties. Steadfast leader, mentor, and coordinator with track record of steering improvement projects, building and guiding top-performing teams, and optimizing internal operations. Talent for cultivating and supporting tenant relationships, leading to high occupancy rates, minimal turnover, and renewal of long-term leases.
